Cycle Tours requires the information requested on this registration form to
complete the registration and to be able to provide you with the necessary
follow-up information. Canusa Cycle Tours will not sell or give any of this
information to any other party for any reason.
Please follow the listed steps for booking your
tour.
1. Fill out the registration form completely. If the box has an arrow on the
right, click on the arrow for options.
2. After completing the form, click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form.
This will send it directly to Canusa Cycle Tours.
3. Click on the "Payment" page then scroll down to "How to pay your deposit and
balance" and follow the instructions.
4. Do not make flight arrangements until you have confirmed tour space by phone.
5. A waiver must be signed prior to the tour start. No person will be permitted
to start the tour without first signing our waiver.
6. If you are arriving early, departing late or desire additional inn
accommodations, please email us at

8. I understand that from time to time Canusa Cycle Tours may be required to make changes
of any kind and I agree to accept these changes as made by Canusa Cycle Tours.
Payment Terms:
$200.00 At the time of registration. Payment by Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover through PayPal (see Payment Page) or cheque.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
-More than 14 days from tour start--All monies received except $100.00
plus any expenses incurred will be refunded.
-Within 14 days of tour start--no refund--BUT--all monies received except $500.00
plus any expenses incurred may be used
on another tour no later than the end of the season of the following year.
-Canusa Cycle Tours reserves the right to change this policy--after the fact--in situations
where an unusually high number of cancellations occur.
Canusa Cycle Tours suggests that all participants register with CSA
VACATION GUARANTEE (or some other vacation insurance provider)
by visiting www.csatp.com . The
Insurance provided by CSA is exceptionally good and is offered at a reasonable
cost.
Participants
should pay particular attention to medical coverage and emergency medical
transportation.
