PLEASE NOTE
The US/CDN exchange rate
governs the cost to individuals paying in US Dollars.
The cost in
Canadian Dollars remains constant with the cost in US dollars fluctuating with the exchange
rate (every +/- 5% change or at the discretion of Canusa Cycle Tours). Participants are advised
to know what the exchange rate is in respect to "balances owing" to keep cost increases due to
changes in the US/CDN exchange rate to a minimum.
As of
November 28,
2007 we are changing the US exchange rate to $1.00 US = $1.00 CDN. Participants may pay in US or CDN funds but must pay the balance
in the same funds as the deposit. Please note that the rate quoted in the
papers etc., is not the rate given for deposits--there is usually a 3% to 4%
difference and always lower so a quoted rate in the newspaper of 1.19 will
change to about 1.15 to 1.16 on deposit.
Canusa Cycle Tours reserves the
right to change conditions and prices at any time.
While we have not had to
change our base price (in Cdn Dollars) since we have been in business (17 years)
the volatility of the US/Cdn
exchange rate, fuel and accommodation costs may require a change in the
future.
How to pay your Deposit and Balance:
Your deposit is $200.00 per person at the time of registration and the balance
is due 30 days prior to your tour start. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard,
American Express or Discover through PayPal.

Click
on the "Buy Now" icon below.
2. On page 1, fill in an amount under the word "Price"
then scroll to the bottom and click on "Continue". (Just below
"Don't have a PayPal account?" on the left side).
3. On page 2, start with the word "Country" and fill in
all lines and then click
on the word "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
4. On page 3, continue to fill in all lines until completed.
5. It is not necessary to become a member of PayPal unless you wish.
However larger amounts may not be processed unless you are a member.
Fill in only the lines preceded by a red asterisk. Bypass any request to
enter your password and login if you do not wish to become a
member of PayPal. You must enter your email and home phone number under
Contact Information on page 2 so PayPal can contact you regarding your
payment if necessary. You should have no difficulty in paying your deposit
in CDN funds via PayPal but if you have difficulty in paying balances then
try making 2 payments (one half each). If this fails then please call canusa
