Well I'm just back from BC where I spent a week with
CANUSA bike tours.
They were nice enough to donate a trip to the TriRudy
raffle last winter, which to my great surprise I won. I have nothing but
the most amazing superlatives to describe both the trip and CANUSA. We
flew into Calgary and then took a short shuttle to the first ride. The
vistas were amazing, wildlife everywhere, and the food and attention to
detail second to none. Best of all, I felt myself getting stronger in
the mountains and when I tried the "new" legs out in the park on Sunday
I set PB's on both Pinks and Fortune. Perhaps it's just a mental barrier
and the Gats don't seem like hills after the Rockies, but it think
Canusa Pete's national parks tour added an extra gear. Now I can cycle
with Jean Blain, and John Zahab and only be moderately humbled. If you
are considering a tour next summer this company has my 100% approval
rating I certainly will be a repeat customer. 2007

We cannot thank you enough for a wonderful cycle tour and an awesome vacation! The two of you made the entire week one of the best ever for us. Thanks again for everything (including all of the memories) and hopefully we will see you again soon. Best of luck with everything. 2007 |

Pete, now that you have finished your tours for the year
and hopefully you will have some spare time I thought it was time to
contact you and let you know how much I enjoyed the Kam Loop tour with
you. It has been one of the best things I have taken part in for a long
time. I would like to take part in another tour this coming year and if
you were going to run the Kam Loops again I would be a starter. I hope
this finds you in good health. Regards 2007

Thanks again for the wonderful Tour of the
Rockies.
The scenery, cycling, food, accommodation and
bikes were superb! The icing on the cake was you!!! You were so
accommodating and nothing was too much trouble which was impressive
especially at the end of the season.
My friends are going to a wedding in Vancouver
next July and have already checked your website and are keen to cycle the
Rockies. When will the dates for the 2008 season be available. Can you let
me know? 2007

Many thanks again for the
fantastic Kam Loop trip that you organised for us.
We really enjoyed it very much. The scenery was
overwhelming. The organisation was perfect. You even managed to keep us
out of the rain as much as possible. You should get a Noble Prize for
this.
Many greetings, and - who knows? - maybe until
another trip! 2007

| Thank you so much for a very enjoyable tour. Everyone in the Sun City Group had a fantastic time. It was especially nice to have other riders in the mix. The interaction between the groups made the trip even more memorable. The weather was perfect and thanks too for arranging that! 2007 | ||
| I just completed the Icefields Highway for the second year in a row. This year, the weather and visibility were perfect and I enjoyed it even more than last year. You have two crackerjack leaders in Sarah and Claude. Their cheery hard work and pleasant tact made the trip fun for all of us. Thanks for a great Canusa trip. Tom, 2004. | ||
| I couldn't believe it!! We triumphantly crested the Bow Pass to find a spectacular view--and Claude grilling seasoned chicken breasts for us on the side of the road! This has to be one of the nicest vacations I can remember. the Rockies were wonderful, the weather was perfect and Sarah and Claude swept away every misgiving I had about such an adventure. Before the week was even over I was already thinking about next year (and perhaps Vancouver) My thanks for providing such a wonderful experience. CANUSA will be at the top of my list for anyone who might ask my opinion about bicycle vacations. Robert, 2004. | ||
| Thanks for helping make the week so enjoyable! Your conversation, knowledge and enthusasium were much appreciated. Thanks a lot. Mandy, 2003. | ||
| Thanks for a wonderful week. You were the perfect guide! I really enjoyed myself. Courtney, 2003. | ||
| I had a wonderful time! I can't believe how well you fed us. This trip was a super good deal and I've never been anywhere where the scenery is so beautiful. Thank you. Joy, 2003. | ||
| For several years, Canusa Cycle Tours has provided two free camping tours to the Edmonton Branch of the MS Society for their fund raising efforts. | ||
| Thanks for a great week (21st to 29th September 2002) lots of fun was had by all the group, and for me it was unforgettable. Great country, great people, great tour. Lee--2002 | ||

| Thank you so much for your energetic efforts on this tour. Your humor was infectious. Your support made the trip easier. We'll speak highly of you to others. Katie & Jim--2001. | ||
| God provided the scenery and the weather, I pedaled my bicycle and Canusa took care of everything else!!! Christina and Stick were excellent guides. Competent, flexible, friendly--I cannot list enough positive things to say about these two fine people. They were at the roadside at perfect times with snacks and water. In camp meals were well prepared and there was always plenty. I admire their ability to maintain a positive attitude while keeping very busy and dealing with strangers. Jim Shay--2001 | ||
| I really enjoyed this tour!! Thanks for helping to make it a wonderful vacation. I look forward to another tour. | ||
| Thanks a bunch! Was a great time. Hope to see you again next year. Will be sure to recommend you to others in my bike club. | ||
| I just wanted to thank you again for such a wonderful trip. I have been on many tours ranging from the fanciest hotels to carry your own gear. I have "never" been on one where the leaders were so accomodating. everything I wished for, everything I thought I needed was given. You are so friendly, helpful and easy going. It made for a very relaxed trip. |
